(1) Adds bias value designated by or to input value designated by , and stores at
device number designated by .
Bias values are calculated in the following manner:

: Negative bias value to be added to an input value (BIN 16/32 bits)
: Positive bias value to be added to an input value (BIN 16/32 bits)
: Input value used for a zone control (BIN 16/32 bits)
: Head number of the devices where the output value controlled by the zone control will be stored
(BIN 16/32 bits).
