The PowerEdge Cluster Model Configuration Matrix form is attached to the back of
each node and is used by the system installer to record important information about
the hardware on each cluster component. Keep this completed form attached to its
respective cluster component. Have this form available any time you call Dell for tech-
nical assistance.
The form provides fields for the following information:
Form completion date
Unique cluster ID number
Service tag numbers for each cluster component
List of each node’s Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) slots and the adapt-
ers installed in each
Usage description for each installed adapter
PowerVault 65
x
F storage system service tags associated with each QLogic host
bus adapter channel
Figure C-1 shows the configuration matrix form for PowerEdge Cluster FE100s con-
taining PowerEdge 6300 or 6350 systems. Figure C-2 shows the matrix form for
PowerEdge 4300 systems.
