Limited Warranty
Titan Tool Inc. warrants all equipment manufactured by it and bearing its brand names to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of sale by an authorized
Speeflo distributor. Titan Tool Inc. will for a period of twenty-five months from the date of sale, repair or replace any part of the equipment proven defective. Repair or replacement
under this warranty shall be purchaser's sole remedy for breach of this warranty. Products furnished by but not manufactured by Titan Tool Inc. (such as hose, motors, engines,
etc.) will carry only the warranty of the manufacturer, if any. (TITAN TOOL INC. DOES NOT WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE FOR ACCESSORIES, MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, COMPONENTS AND PRODUCTS NOT MADE BY TITAN TOOL INC.).
This warranty shall not apply if the product has been subject to misuse, negligence, accident or tampering or has not been operated or installed in accordance with Titan Tool Inc.'s
recommendations. This warranty does not cover and Titan Tool Inc. shall not be liable for any damage, wear or malfunction caused by improper or inadequate maintenance,
abrasion, corrosion or substitution of components, parts or hydraulic fluid not supplied by Titan Tool Inc. Titan Tool Inc. shall not be liable for the improper design, manufacture,
installation, operation or maintenance of accessories, components or materials not supplied by Titan Tool Inc. Titan Tool Inc. shall not be liable for damage or wear caused by
incompatibility with Titan Tool Inc. equipment of materials, equipment or accessories not supplied by Titan Tool Inc.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and only when the equipment is installed, operated and maintained in accordance with Titan Tool Inc.'s written
recommendations or instructions. Purchaser must, with transportation prepaid, return the equipment claimed to be defective to Titan Tool Inc. or to an authorized Warranty Service
Center for verification of the claimed defect. If the alleged defect is verified, Titan Tool Inc. will, at Titan Tool Inc.'s option, repair or replace any defective parts. The equipment will
be returned including prepayment of transportation charges to the original purchaser. If no defects in material and workmanship are found, repairs will be made by Titan Tool Inc.
at a reasonable charge. Charges may include the cost of parts, labor and freight.
No statement or recommendation made or assistance given by Titan Tool Inc. or its representatives to purchaser, lessee or user or its representatives shall constitute a warranty
by Titan Tool Inc. or a waiver or modification of any of the provisions hereof to create any liability for Titan Tool Inc. No sample or model shall create an express warranty that the
products shall conform to any sample or model exhibited by Titan Tool Inc.
TITAN TOOL INC. DISCLAIMS TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ANY NON CONTRACTUAL LIABILITIES INCLUDING PRODUCT LIABILITY BASED
ON NEGLIGENCE OR STRICT LIABILITIES. Every form of liability is expressly excluded and denied for direct, indirect, special or consequential damages or loss. This warranty
shall be in lieu of any other warranty expressed or implied. The terms of this warranty constitute purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy. In no case shall Titan Tool Inc.'s liability
exceed the amount of the purchase price. Any action for breach of warranty must be brought within two (2) years of the date of sale.

dégage de toute responsabilité concernant toute garantie implicite de valeur marchande et d’adéquation à usage particulier des accessoires, des matériaux, de l'équipement et
des composants ou produits non fabriqués par Titan Tool, Inc).
Cette garantie ne couvre pas les défauts ou les dommages provoqués par de l’abus, de la négligence, un accident, une tentative d’altération ni l’utilisation et le montage de pièces
réparées sans suivre les recommandations de Titan Tool, Inc.) Cette garantie ne s'applique pas aux cas suivants et Titan Tool, Inc se dégage de toute responsabilité en cas de
dommage, d’usure, ou de mal fonctionnement provoqués par un entretien défectueux ou incorrect, l'abrasion, la corrosion ou le remplacement des pièces ou du liquide
hydraulique non fournis par Titan Tool, Inc. Titan Tool se dégage de toute responsabilité en cas de conception, de fabrication, d'installation, de fonctionnement ou d'entretien
incorrect d'accessoires, de composants ou de matériaux non fournis par Titan Tool, Inc. Titan Tool, Inc se dégage de toute responsabilité en cas de dommage ou d'usure causés
par l'incompatibilité avec Titan Tool, Inc. d'équipements de matériaux, d'équipement ou d’accessoires non fournis par Titan Tool, Inc.z
Cette garantie ne s'applique qu'au premier acheter et uniquement lorsque l'équipement est installé, manipulé et entretenu conformément aux recommandations et aux directives
écrites de Titan Tool, Inc. L'acheteur doit retourner à ses frais l'appareil défectueux à Titan Tool, Inc ou à un Centre d'entretien sous garantie agréé pour faire vérifier l'appareil
défectueux. Si le défaut indiqué est bien réel, Titan Tool, Inc décidera de réparer ou de remplacer les pièces défectueuses. L’équipement sera retourné au premier acheteur et les
frais de transport de l'équipement seront prépayés. Si aucun défaut de matériel ou de main d'œuvre n'est décelé, les réparations seront effectuées par Titan Tool, Inc à un tarif
raisonnable. Les frais pourront inclure le coût des pièces, la main-d'œuvre et le transport.
Aucune déclaration ou recommandation faite ou aucune aide fournie par Titan Tool, Inc ou ses représentants à l'acheteur, au locataire ou à l'utilisateur ou ses représentants ne

QUALITÉ MARCHANDE OU DE BON FONCTIONNEMENT POUR UN BUT PARTICULIER ET TOUTES GARANTIES NON CONTRACTUELLES Y COMPRIS LA FIABILITÉ DU
PRODUIT BASÉE SUR LA NÉGLIGENCE OU SUR LA RESPONSABILITÉ STRICTE. Toute forme de garantie est expressément exclue et non avenue pour tous les dommages ou
pertes directes, indirectes, spéciales ou circonstancielles. Cette garantie se subroge à toute autre garantie exprimée ou implicite. Les termes de cette garantie doivent être
