12. Charcoal Bin Cover Assembly
Use 4 JJ Flat Head Screws to connect hinges of Charcoal
Bin Cover (ZC) to Cart Beam, Front (X). See Fig. 19.
13. Firebox Assembly
NOTE: Obtain the aid of an assistant to lift the Firebox. Be
sure that the hose and regulator hang inside the cart
when placing Firebox.
a). With the aid of an assistant, raise the Firebox (A) and
carefully place it onto the grill cart. See Fig. 20.
b). Use 4 CC Round Head Screws and 4 DD Lock
Washers to securely attach Firebox to Cart Frame, Left
(D) and Cart Frame, Right (G). See Fig. 21.
c). Insert Crank Handle (ZN) through hole in Firebox
control panel and screw it into threaded socket for raising
Charcoal Tray.
14. Side Shelves Assembly
Use 4 LL Stage Screws to attach one Fold-Down Side
Shelf (ZD) to Back Right Cart Leg (F) and Front Right
Cart Leg (E). See Fig. 22.
Repeat above procedure to attach other Fold-Down Side
Shelf (ZD) to Front Left Cart Leg (B) and Back Left Cart
Leg (C).
