defectsinmaterialandworkmanshipfromthedateofpurchaseasfollows:2yearswhenassembled,andoperatedinaccordancewiththe
printedinstructionsaccompanyingit.
Webermayrequirereasonableproofofyourdateofpurchase.THEREFORE,YOUSHOULDRETAINYOURSALESSLIPORINVOICE.
ThisLimitedWarrantyshallbelimitedtotherepairorreplacementofpartsthatprovedefectiveundernormaluseandserviceandwhichon
examinationshallindicate,toWeber’ssatisfaction,theyaredefective.IfWeberconfirmsthedefectandapprovestheclaim,Weberwillelect
torepairorreplacesuchpartswithoutcharge.Ifyouarerequiredtoreturndefectiveparts,carriagecostsmustbeprepaid.Weberwillreturn
partstothepurchaser,carriageorpostageprepaid.
ThisLimitedWarrantydoesnotcoveranyfailuresoroperatingdifficultiesduetoaccident,abuse,misuse,alteration,misapplication,
vandalism,improperinstallationorimpropermaintenanceorservice,orfailuretoperformnormalandroutinemaintenance.Deteriorationor
damageduetosevereweatherconditionssuchashail,hurricanes,earthquakesortornadoes,discolorationduetoexposuretochemicals
eitherdirectlyorintheatmosphere,isnotcoveredbythisLimitedWarranty.
Webershallnotbeliableunderthisoranyimpliedwarrantyforincidentalorconsequentialdamages.Thiswarrantygiveyouspecificlegal
rights,andyoumayalsohaveotherrights.

