Assembly Instruction
PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY AND FOLLOW STEP BY STEP
Tools required:
Philips Head Screwdriver(not provided),Wrench(provided).
The following hardware is provided
Step 1:
Remove side panels and casters from the carton. Secure two casters to side panel marked

and secure two Casters with brake to side panel marked

together with provided
wrench.
Step 2:
Assemble bottom panel to side panels with 8 pieces of Truss Head 1/4
