FOR INSTALLATIONS ABOVE 2000 FEET
• In Canada, these appliances are certified for altitudes of 0-2,000 feet and must be derated by 10% for
installation at elevations between 2,000 and 4,500 feet.
• In the USA, these appliance are certified for elevations up to 2,000 feet. For elevations above 2,000 feet,
input should be reduced 4% for each 1,000 feet above sea level.
The efficiency rating of this appliance is a product thermal efficiency rating determined under continuous
operating conditions and was determined independently of any installed system.
