Note: With the help of a friend, turn the
cart assembly over. Try to minimize
the stress to the legs. Lock the
Casters to stabilize the grill before
performing Step 6.
Step 5
Attach door bracket using
four M6 X 45mm bolts through the legs
and into the door bracket, hand tighten
only.
Note: When performing Step 6, lift grill
body from front and rear panels to
avoid injury to hands and fingers.
Avoid bending or breaking the gas
manifold when placing grill body on
cart assembly.
Step 6
With the help of a friend, place grill body
assembly on assembled cart frame. Grill
body will rest on angled top of vertical
supports. Align bolt holes located on the
outside of the grill body assembly and
secure using eight M6 X 12mm bolts.
Tighten all bolts from Steps 1 - 5
securely.
Warning: Never use your grill
without leak testing all gas
connections and hoses.
