Choose a good, cleared assembly
area and get a friend to help you put
your grill together. Lay cardboard
down to protect grill finish and
assembly area.
CAUTION! Some parts may
contain sharp edges.
Wear protective
gloves if necessary.
Step 1
Attach cart base to left and right
panel assemblies using four
M6 X 45mm bolts through the
legs and into the base, hand
tighten only.
Step 2
Attach tank holder onto cart base by
using three M6 X 12mm bolts.
Step 3
Attach the back panel to the rear
legs by using four M6 X 12mm
bolts. Then attach top of tank bar to
the top of the cart back panel using
one M6 X 12mm bolts. Attach door
stop and the bottom of the tank bar
to the cart base by using two
M6 X 12mm bolts.
Note: With the help of a friend, turn
the cart assembly over. Try to
minimize the stress to the
legs.
Step 4
Attach locking casters to the bottom
of the left and right side cart panels.
Tighten caster bolts securely using
hex nut wrench provided in parts
card.
