ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Side burner valve assembly:
Step 1: Insert valve assembly through side Step 2: Remove 4(four) screws & washers
panel from the “U” brackets on the side
burner
Step 3: Insert valve stem assembly into burner Step 4: Insert valve stem assembly through knob
venturi hole to the control panel
Step 5: Replace “U” brackets with 4(four) Step 6: Align & tighten knob bezel & valve
Screws( DO NOT TIGHTEN) stem with 2(two) screws & washers
as shown below.

Step 7; Tight all 4(four) screws on the “U” Step 8: Place knob on valve stem, then screw
brackets on the burner, then connect the knob by using the Allen wrench.
