•Turnoff LPcylindervalve.ReturnLPcylindertogassupplier.
•Turnoff LPcylindervalve.Removeregulatorfromcylinderand
visuallyinspectrubbersealfordamage.SeeLPCylinderLeakTest
andConnectingRegulatortothe LP Cylinder.
•TurnoffcontrolknobsandLPcylindervalve.Leavelid opento
allowflamestodiedown.Afterfireis outandgrill is cold,remove
burnerandinspectforspidernestsor rust.SeeNaturalHazard
andCleaningtheBurnerAssemblypages.
•TurnoffcontrolknobsandLPcylindervalve.Leavelidopento
allowflamestodiedown.Aftercooling,cleanfood particlesand
excessgreasefrominsidefireboxarea,greasetray,andother
surfaces.

ELECTRICALISSUES:
•Electrodecrackedor broken;"sparksat
• Seeinstructionsoncontrolpanelandin UseandCaresection.
• Makesurevalvesare positionedinsideofburnertubes.
• Ensureburnertubesarenotobstructedwithspiderwebsor other
matter.Seecleaningsectionof UseandCare.
• MakesureLPcylinderisnot empty.If LPcylinderis notempty,
referto"Suddendropin gasflow."
•Turnoff knobsanddisconnectcouplingnutfromLPcylinder.
Reconnectandretry.
•Turnthecouplingnutapproximatelyone-halftothree-quarters
additionalturnuntilsolidstop.Tightenby handonly- do not use
tools.

•Cleanwireand/orelectrodewithrubbingalcoholandcleanswab.
•Reconnectwiresor replaceelectrode/wireassembly.
•Replaceignitorwire/electrodeassembly.
•Replacewitha newAA-sizealkalinebattery.
