Correct Assembly
9. Grill Head Installaon
L485RSIB MODELS - Are equipped with internal lights. To avoid assembly dicules, prior to mounng grill head
remove the zip e holding the wire connectors in place. (Take care when removing the e not to damage the wires).
En
sure the wires drop inside the cart and do not become pinched between the grill head and the cabinet when mounng
the grill head.
PROPANE ONLY - To avoid assembly dicules, prior to mounng the grill head, remove zip e holding regulator
up un
der control panel. This was installed at the factory to protect the regulator hose during shipping and is no longer
required. (Take care when removing the e not to damage the hose). Ensure the regulator drops into the small opening,
between the tank heat shield and the right side of the cabinet.
Li grill head and place on assembled cart, lining up holes in top of side cart panels with holes in boom of base. Fasten
from inside using (4) 1/4-20 x 1/2” screws, two per side.
Two people are required for this step.
Incorrect Assembly
10. Transformer / Rosserie Mount Installaon (RSIB MODEL)
Connect the two wire connectors from the lights to the two wire connectors coming from the transformer. Install rosserie
mount bracket to le side of barbecue as shown using (2) 1/4 – 20 x 3/8” screws.
Baery Pack / Rosserie Mount Installaon (RSB MODEL)
Install baery pack below vent slots on le hand panel using magnet supplied with baery pack. Plug wire from LED
(lights) located underneath control panel into wire from baery pack. Install rosserie mount bracket to le side of
barbe
cue as shown using (2) 1/4 – 20 x 3/8” screws.
