Do the burners light at all?
Check quick disconnect
for improper connection
Check for incoming gas pressure
at the main incoming gas manifold
Check main gas manifold
shut-o valve, and turn on
See Technical Troubleshooting
“Controller displays Ignition Failure -
Flame does not light at all”.
Does the ame go out?
Reconnect quick disconnect
on gas supply hose
Turn gas valve ON
Locate gas shut o
valve and turn to ON
Check all ame sensor
connections for security.
Replace ignitor assy.
Check for proper gas
pressure - Incoming &
manifold pressure
Adjust incoming & burner
pressure for gas type
Check for proper
microamp reading
Check air output from
blower. Blower output
should be 1” W.C.
Replace blower
Adjust microamps
at plenum box.

Is the blower running?
Check for air pressure
switch closure
Check .8” - 1.2” W.C.
Air output on plenum
from blower.
Check for any obstructions
in air ow, if none found
replace blower

Sparking?
Proceed to Technical Troubleshooting

Check of 120 VAC at blower.
Check
Solid State Relay Output
Replace Air
Pressure Switch
Replace Ignition
Module
Check for 120 VAC at
Ignition Module, terminals
VALVE & VALVE
Check wiring between
air pressure switch
and Ignition Module.
Replace Blower Motor
Check for input voltage from
main controller. ~8.9 VDC at
pin 6 & 7 output on J1.
Replace Controller
Replace failed component.
Ignition Relay Board
