Attach two front casters (CO) and two rear locking casters (CN) to
the bottom shelf (CL) using the wrench #13 provided.

Assemble the left and right cart side panel (CA & CB) to the bottom
shelf (CL) as shown using hardware #2 (X6) (from the top) and #3,
#4 and #5 (X6) (from the bottom).

Assemble the upper rail (CK) to the cart assemble using hardware
#6, #7, and #8 (x4) (from the inside of cart).
