Operations during Movie File Playback
You can perform the operations described below during movie file playback.
Note
Pressing the [FUNC] key during movie playback will pause playback and display the
Viewer function menu. Playback will resume when you press the [ESC] key to close the
Viewer function menu.
To do this: Perform this operation:
Pause movie playback Press the [ENTER] key.
To restart movie playback after it has been pause, press the
[ENTER] key again.
Fast reverse Press the [W] key.
Fast forward Press the [X] key.
Stop movie playback Press the [ESC] key.
Jump to the beginning of the
currently playing movie file
and pause there
1. Press the [FUNC] key to display the viewer function menu.
z “Jump to Beginning” should be selected by default.
2. Press the [ENTER] key.
Jump to the end of the
currently playing movie file
and pause there
1. Press the [FUNC] key to display the viewer function menu.
2. Use the [T] key to move the highlighting to “Jump to End” and
then press the [ENTER] key.
Skip to the beginning of the
next movie file (on the file
menu) and play it
1. Press the [FUNC] key to display the viewer function menu.
2. Use the [T] key to move the highlighting to “Skip to Next
Movie” and then press the [ENTER] key.
Skip to the beginning of the
previous movie file (on the
file menu) and play it
1. Press the [FUNC] key to display the viewer function menu.
2. Use the [T] key to move the highlighting to “Skip to Previous
Movie” and then press the [ENTER] key.
Turn display of the playback
time on and off
Press the [ ] key or perform the following steps.
1. Press the [FUNC] key to display the viewer function menu.
2. Use the [T] key to move the highlighting to “Time Indicator
On/Off” and then press the [ENTER] key.
