Attach side burner ignitor wire
Attach side burner wire from control panel to ignitor on side burner.

Assemble right side shelf
A. Attach control knob ring and control valve to right condiment holder using extra
small screw 1 (A), extra small screw 2 (B), medium washer (I) and small
washer (H).
B. Insert tabs on right condiment holder into slots on side burner assembly and
slide left.
C. Insert control valve nozzle into venturi tube.
D. Attach right condiment basket to right side shelf using medium screw (D), lock
washer (L) and medium washer (J).

Secure side shelves
Secure side shelves to grill body using 2 small screws (C).

Insert cooking grids and warming rack
A. Insert cooking grids.
B. Place warming rack with legs down onto sides of grill body.

Attach side shelves
Insert left and right side shelves onto bolts on grill body.

Secure side shelves
A. Secure side shelves to grill body using 4 bolts (G).
B. Tighten bolts from Step 5.

Insert heat plates
Place 4 heat plates on tabs above burners.
