Assembly Instructions
DO NOT RETURN PRODUCT TO STORE.
For assistance call 1-800-762-1142 toll free. Please have your owner’s manual and serial
number available for reference.
For Easiest Assembly:
• To avoid losing any small components or hardware, assemble your product on a hard level
surface that does not have cracks or openings.
• Clear an area large enough to layout all components and hardware.
• When applicable, tighten all hardware connections by hand first. Once the step is
completed go back fully tighten all hardware.
• Follow all steps in order to properly assemble your product.

1
Remove grill body from cart
A. Unscrew 6 screws from cart.
B. Lift cart off grill body.

Attach wheels to cart
A. Insert 2 rear wheels into cart legs.
B. Attach 2 front wheels into cart legs using 2 wheel screws (C).

Attach cross bar
A. Insert tabs on cross bar into slots on inside of cart frame.
B. Attach cross bar to cart by using 2 sets of large screws (F), lock washer (K), and
large washer (J).

Attach doors and basket
A. Install right and left door by placing bottom pin into hole in cart and snapping top
pin into place.
Note: Spring pins is located on top of door.
B. Hang basket on left door.

Insert grill body and unscrew hardware
Note: 2 people required to put grill body onto cart.
A. Remove 2 sets of small screws (D), lock washers (K) and large washers (J) from
control panel. Save for use in step 8.
B. Place grill body onto cart.
C. Feed hose line through right side of cart.
Note: There is a 3/16” gap between the grill body and the cart frame.

Assemble left side shelf
A. Insert tabs on condiment basket into slots on left side shelf and slide right.
B. Attach left condiment baskets to left side shelf using small screw (D), lock
washer (K) and medium washer (I).
