Assembly Instructions
Step 1
Securing Cart Leg Frames
A.
Place folded Cart on floor, oriented as shown. Before unfolding the right leg frame, insert a plastic Foot into the
bottom end of each right leg. Unfold right leg frame. Insert Leg Pin through open holes in bracket and leg. Secure pin
in place with Hair Cotter through hole in leg pin. Repeat for other left leg.

Wheel Assembly
When assembling the axle and wheels to the legs, be sure to place a steel washer on the outside of each wheel and a
rubber washer on the inside of each wheel. Starting at the front, place a steel washer on the axle, then a wheel (raised
center of the wheel facing away) then a rubber washer. Slide these parts all of the way to the head of the axle. Next,
feed the axle through the holes in the bottom of each left leg. On the exposed end of the axle, place a rubber washer,
wheel (raised center of the wheel facing the leg) and steel washer. Fasten all in place with the 1/4-20 lock nut. Firmly
hold axle and tighten lock nut securely.
B. Repeat Step 1A for left leg frame.
