Align the center hole in the Lid Air Vent with the hole in the lid. Insert 1
medium screw through center hole and install M5 nut. Be careful not to
over tighten nut to allow proper vent operation.

Align the holes in the Lid handle with the holes in the lid. Insert 2 M6 x 11
screws and tighten.
