Choose a good, cleared assembly
area and get a friend to help you put
your grill together. Lay cardboard
down to protect grill finish and
assembly area.
CAUTION! Some parts may
contain sharp edges.
Wear protective
gloves if necessary.
Step 1
Attach cart base to side cart legs.
Insert four M6 X 12mm bolts
(silver) and star washers (silver)
through cart base and into legs
and tighten securely.
Step 2
Attach tank holder onto cart base by
using three M6 X 12mm bolts
(black).
Step 3
Attach front panel to legs using
four M6 X 12mm bolts (black) and
star washers (black). After fixed front
panel is attached, secure front fixed
panel support bar onto cart base
and fixed front panel by using two
M6 X 12mm bolts (black). Support
bar is labeled for proper orientation.
Note: With the help of a friend, turn
the cart assembly over. Try to
minimize the stress to the
legs.
Step 4
Press plastic feet onto bottom of left
side cart legs.
