The ignitor is working but I hold the gas button down 3 or 4 minutes before it will ignite. It's a new bottle and the ignitor is sparking. It more like a regulator problem. It was a present so it's a year old but is new . Am I lighting is wrong or what ? This is a Weber model 386000
