We have had this unit for a very long time over ten years...suddenly it is getting sluggish or not able to consistently maintain pace...yesterday it smelled like something burning and there is a build up of black dust underneath it...we have not lubed since we got it. We can not find the manual on this unit and don't know whether to lube and if so where?
