Just bought a used hart 36 in grill for my food truck it is a thermostatically controlled propane unit . Now comes my ? . I had to light the pilot manually is that how these grills work ? . I thought being electrically controlled it would light the pilot for me . I have to shut my gas off at night so I manually light it everyday on my stove that I now have in there. I was thinking I could add a self lighter like on my outdoor grill . Any advice or input ?
