0 We noticed 2 pinholes by the drain. Is that normal.

0 Call 1.800.489.1581 - that the number for the Masterbuilt/Bullerball company (they combined their business a handful of years ago & leaned more toward the Butterball part of the company, hence the reason you're having some trouble locating I for for the Masterbuilt products. Only reason I know is because I just called & found this out). The people I spoke to were polite & helpful & are sending me the manual for the model ETFV, TURK N SURF free of charge. Seems like a great company. Hope this info helps…although you inquire a year & 1/2 ago… 😉 ~Stephanie
