purchased new regulator because original did not work on memorial day weekend. No propane came through to grill and tried 3 different propane tanks. Yesterday received the new regulator, connected it to propane tank and same problem. pin in front of regulator does not seem to be long enough to break seal on the propane tank. Any information would be appreciated
