remote control not transmitting...

remote control not communicating with the fireplace. new batteries in the mote and fireplace. I had to reprogram the remote control two half years ago and I have lost the code to reprogram it.

3 the remote control is not transmitting to the fireplace this has happened about two years ago and I have lost the code to reprogram it
