When I turn on my Charbroil grill with 3 burners, ...

When I turn on my Charbroil grill with 3 burners, the burners burn extremely low even though there is plentyn of propane. If I tirn off 2 of the burners, then the one left burns fine. What do I do to get all 3 burning high?
