I am looking for a parts manual for a Bag Boy PC-3...

I am looking for a parts manual for a Bag Boy PC-360 Push Cart. The front wheel swivel seems not to be working to standard. It keeps getting stuck in a side angle and makes pushing difficult or impossible. No fun walking.
