    USER MANUAL    I have a problem keeping the coals burning for long. If I put on the lid the coals go off and I need to replace and relight the coals.

    I open the vents at the bottom and on the lid but still the fire dies before the food is cooked.

    Please help as I love cooking on my Weber.
