    Can not controll heat    Gets to hot .There are no dampers to regulate heat.I cooked a turkey it said it would take 10 hr. to cook a 15 lbs. turkey but it got so hot I had to take a garden hose cool it down.I had a older Brinkman Smoker and the charcoal pan was the same as the water pan.Any help would help.Thank you
