USER MANUAL
I have a problem keeping the coals burning for long. If I put on the lid the coals go off and I need to replace and relight the coals.

I open the vents at the bottom and on the lid but still the fire dies before the food is cooked.

Please help as I love cooking on my Weber.

Where can I buy parts for the 812-3200-0?
I've searched the web and haven't been able to find the parts I need for this grill. The "firebox" itself and the framing are in great condition even though the unit has quite a few years on it. I need 2 new air vents with bolts and nuts, the grill, the charcaol grate, the tray hooks and the charcoal tray. Any ideas? Thanks.
